When you have completed all eight sessions of this module, you will have learned the essential information needed to be a contributing team member to the COS process. Participating in the COS process takes skill and like all skills, it takes practice. We encourage you to continue to refine these skills by getting feedback from experienced team members and making use of other resources available to you through your program, as well as on ECTA's website.
Providing good child outcomes data is only the beginning. We hope that you and the other members of your team are looking at your outcomes data to learn how to improve your program. Having and using good data is one important contributor to helping children and families reach good outcomes.
