Just for Me provides an opportunity for you to take a step back from the content and apply it to your own professional practice. As you learned from this session's presentation, the Child Outcomes Summary team must have an understanding of the sequences in typical child development. For example, teams need to know that before crawling, most children will sit independently. An understanding of developmental sequences is important for identifying skills as age-expected, immediate foundational, and foundational.
